Thanksgiving is almost here!! We’re officially one week away from the big day. I don’t know about you, but I always feel an urge to get in a good workout before The Big Feast begins. I know a lot of you like to run a turkey trot race on Thanksgiving morning. Personally, I’d rather start my day with the Macy’s parade. It’s a tradition I just can’t miss. My perfect Thanksgiving morning involves watching Al Roker and the gang while drinking coffee by the fire.
With that in mind, I created an easy, no-equipment-needed workout that you can complete right in your living room while watching the parades. All you need is an interval timer set for 10 rounds of 60 seconds. I definitely plan on doing this one next Thursday morning. If you’re feeling extra ambitious it would also be great after a quick run, too. Enjoy!
Here are links to some of the moves you may not be familiar with.
- Drop squats
- Alternating jumping lunges
- Pushups to side plank
- Triceps dip with single leg raise
- Ab pulses
Have a good one!
